This hearing will examine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and its aftereffects on international development efforts and assistance programs globally. Members will have the opportunity to ask former USAID Administrators about the status of U.S. foreign assistance efforts and how these programs can best address the short and long-term effects of the pandemic moving forward.
