Green Recovery Plans for the COVID-19 Crisis
This hearing will examine European plans to incorporate green initiatives and climate change considerations into COVID-19 economic recovery packages in an effort to reach net zero emissions goals. The panel will also discuss the implications of these plans on economic development, trade, and security.
