CTF Launches Page To Highlight CCP’s Human Rights Abuses Ahead Of Beijing OlympicsPress Release
WASHINGTON, DC – Ahead of tomorrows opening ceremony to the Beijing Olympics, the China Task Force has launched a new webpage highlighting the many human rights abuses committed by the CCP. The page is filled with information detailing the CCP’s genocide, issues related to the safety of U.S. Olympians, and bipartisan efforts in Congress to confront their malign behavior.
“No human rights guarantees were ever enforced by the International Olympic Committee as a condition for China to host the 2008 Summer Olympics. The Chinese Communist Party used the 2008 games as a propaganda tool to whitewash their brutal oppression. Now, the IOC is once again allowing Beijing to host the 2022 Winter Olympics, giving the CCP another platform to whitewash their human rights violations, while putting U.S. athletes in significant risk.” - Chairman Michael McCaul
