House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-CA) will convene a hearing Tuesday, March 28 to discuss the president’s recent budget proposal and its impact on U.S. foreign assistance. The hearing, entitled “The Budget, Diplomacy, and Development,” will begin at 10 a.m.
